Subscription can be paid for or renewed by M-Pesa or card payments.
During registration, you will be redirected to a payments page for M-PESA Express checkout where you will put in your Safaricom number and receive a payment prompt.

For subscription renewals, visit the settings section -> Package Subscription or this link and select the package and make payment
